Mohamad Kadri, a Senior Partner at GHP Law Firm and head of the firm's Mega Projects practice group, is a highly accomplished and widely recognized expert in these fields. With over 30 years of professional experience, Kadri has been instrumental in several landmark banking deals, including the merger of local banks into Bank Mandiri, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata as well as the merger of three Japanese banks into Bank Mizuho Indonesia.

As the firm's expert in State-Owned Enterprises, Kadri has a long track record of involvement in transactions involving these entities, including the restructuring of PT PLN (Persero) to establish the company's holding and sub-holdings. He currently advises on a full spectrum of banking & finance matters, including debt restructuring, suspension of payment obligation, corporate financing, derivatives & structured finance, hybrid financing and acquisition, and banking regulatory compliance. In capital markets, Kadri advises clients on public mergers and acquisitions transactions and compliance matters such as affiliated transactions, material transactions, conflicts of interest, public disclosures, mandatory/voluntary tender offers, rights issues, private placements, and more.

Kadri is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and serves on the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association. He is also recognized as one of Indonesia's top 100 lawyers by Asian Business Law Journal.
