Muhammad Karnova, a renowned partner at GHP Law Firm, boasts over two decades of corporate transactional expertise. His areas of expertise include corporate/commercial matters such as M&A, joint ventures, and foreign investments, as well as corporate finance matters such as ECM/DCM and structured finance. Karnova has also garnered a reputation in the energy and natural resources sectors, and has experience assisting Indonesian state-owned enterprises with corporate governance, procurement, and business development initiatives.
In addition to representing multinational corporations, Karnova has also worked with global investment banks, accounting firms, and private equity houses in Indonesia.
