Yosef Broztito is a seasoned legal professional with broad experience across financial services, fintech, M&A, regulatory compliance, and general corporate law. He has advised on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on the digital financial services ecosystem, including digital lending, digital payments, and non-bank financial institutions.

Prior to his role as Partner at GHP, he has held senior legal and compliance leadership roles in OJK- and BI-licensed entities, including multi-finance companies, P2P lending companies as well as digital payment entities; where he oversaw licensing, regulatory engagement, governance, and commercial legal matters across the business. His dual background in private practice and in-house leadership enables him to offer practical, business-aligned legal solutions in complex and highly regulated environments.

Representative experience includes advising on M&A transactions involving multi-finance, P2P lending, and payment service providers, including securing regulatory approvals from OJK and BI; assisting companies in obtaining licenses as Payment Service Providers (e-money, e-wallet) and PJP-1 entities; providing corporate advisory on shareholder structures, governance, and compliance for regulated entities; and drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, partnership arrangements, and vendor contracts.
